Extended deposit: Café RICARDO takes the lead 

As part of the modernization of the deposit-refund system, on-premises drinking establishments (OPEBs) such as restaurants, bars, hotels and cafeterias are required to collect all their returnable beverage containers from November^1, 2023.

On March¹, 2025, new beverage containers will be added to the list of redeemable containers the volume to be recovered will increase significantly. Consignaction visited a Café RICARDO to help staff prepare for the change. Here is a short video explaining the process to follow to do things right.
