Job description
The Executive Assistant is a key element in the smooth running of the company. He/she is responsible for the administrative, organizational and logistical management of the office, ensuring an optimal working environment for employees. A true support to the management team, the Executive Assistant oversees the coordination of internal services and contributes to the well-being of employees.

Responsibilities and tasks
- Administrative and executive support for the CEO in his day-to-day activities;
- Day-to-day administrative management of the office and support for vice-presidents: diary, mail, e-mails, documents, contracts, etc;
- Prepare agendas for various committee meetings and prepare the necessary documents;
- Make the necessary arrangements for these meetings and draw up the minutes;
- Manage premises: general services, maintenance, security, cleanliness, fittings, etc;
- Coordination of internal and external events: monthly, quarterly and other meetings;
- Organize business travel;
- Anticipates and takes care of office organization needs: stationery, common areas, material orders, reception, invoice management, etc;
- Any other related tasks.
Requirements
- Training in management, administration or equivalent;
- Considerable experience in a similar role;
- Experienced user of Office Suite tools;
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Sense of service, autonomy and proactivity;
- Versatility and ability to handle several tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
Job type: Full-time, permanent, face-to-face, 37.5 hours per week
Workplace: Our offices are located in Saint-Laurent. Office attendance is required.
Who are we ?
The Quebec Beverage Container Recycling Association (QBCRA) is the designated management organization (DMO) for the development, implementation, financing and management of the deposit-refund system, which has been modernized according to the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) principle. It brings together the various beverage producers involved in the recovery, reuse, recycling and reclamation of beverage containers in the province of Quebec.
