Main tasks and responsibilities
- Preliminary drawings;
- Creation and issue of plans for permits and constructions;
- Coordinate the issuing of mechanical plans, where applicable.
- Take measurements and create associated drawings;
- Coordinate the creation of plans with equipment manufacturers;
- Code studies to create plans for permits;
- Make recommendations on finishes, materials and overall design;
- Make recommendations to facilitate decision-making by the project management team;
- Finalize preparation of plans and specifications;
- Track the adjustment of plans in line with any changes throughout the project lifecycle;
- Work closely with the project management team and follow up on requests;
Training
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des Architectes
- Ability to sign complete plans (sealed)
Experience and knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Discretion and restraint;
- Capacity for continuous learning and active listening;
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Job type Full-time, permanent
Salary according to experience: 80 000 - 120 000 $

The Quebec Beverage Container Recycling Association (QBCRA) is the designated management organization (DMO) for the development, implementation, financing and management of the deposit-refund system, which has been modernized according to the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) principle. It brings together the various beverage producers involved in the recovery, reuse, recycling and reclamation of beverage containers in the province of Quebec.
