Full job description

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Returns Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation and smooth running of the returns site. The incumbent will assist citizens in the process of returning redeemable containers. Induction training is offered to all new employees.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure service to citizens and welcome external suppliers;
• Count returned containers using existing tools;
• Material separation
• Operate the point-of-return system and other equipment;
• Carry out regular maintenance of the workstation;
• Operating small handling equipment ;
• Ensure the proper operation of equipment on site and take the necessary steps when required;
• Train colleagues and share knowledge as needed.
• Perform all other related tasks (i.e. shipping preparation, inventory, reports, cleaning of work areas including bathroom, etc.).

Profile required

• Experience in customer service;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to learn continuously and work independently;
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
• Ability to use IT tools.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma (SSD) or equivalent relevant experience ;
• Mastery of the French language;
• Respecting availability slots;
• Ability to work in variable conditions (hot, cold, wet);
• Ability to perform repetitive movements;
• Ability to lift loads of at least 20kg;
• Demonstrate adaptability.
