Presentation
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Territory Supervisor plays a key role in managing field operations for several return sites within a specific territory. This strategic position serves as an essential bridge between operational activities in the field and the organization's head office.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for the schedules of all return locations in its territory;
- Be able to respond to team needs;
- Responsible for employee training;
- Liaise between the activities of the return locations and those of logistics;
- Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the return areas in its territory;
- Responsible for the supply of the return sites in its territory;
- Money logistics manager;
- Responsible for communication between return locations and head office;
- Responsible for the quality of customer service at all return locations in its territory;
- Responsible for taking corrective action when necessary and following up on complaints;
- Act, in collaboration with his immediate superior, as a contact person in the event of breakdowns, breakages or other events;
- Responsible for communicating with immediate supervisor and discussing issues and possible improvements.

Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years in a management position, including team management;
- Available to work weekdays and weekends;
- Have good listening skills and a good analytical mind;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and English;
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to make the weekly trips required for the position.
Position type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Frequent travel within the supervised territory.
Who are we ?
The Quebec Beverage Container Recycling Association (QBCRA) is the designated management organization (DMO) for the development, implementation, financing and management of the deposit-refund system, which has been modernized according to the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) principle. It brings together the various beverage producers involved in the recovery, reuse, recycling and reclamation of beverage containers in the province of Quebec.
