Presentation

Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the person is primarily responsible for the recruitment process, record-keeping and integration of employees in the network of places of return.

As this is a new position in a fast-growing environment, it will be subject to change. The person we're looking for will need to demonstrate initiative, autonomy and rigor.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Complete the staffing cycle for return locations, including opening the employee file;
• Coordination of training sessions;
• Administration of new hires' files;
• Hold information sessions for the integration of new employees;
• Offer support to employees;
• Any other related tasks.

Requirements

• AEC in human resources support;
• Experience in recruitment administration an asset;
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 work tools;
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment an asset;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Capacity for continuous learning and active listening;
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Who we are

The Quebec Beverage Container Recycling Association (QBCRA) is the designated management organization (DMO) for the development, implementation, financing and management of the deposit-refund system, which has been modernized according to the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) principle. It brings together the various beverage producers involved in the recovery, reuse, recycling and reclamation of beverage containers in the province of Quebec.
