Request form for ÉCSP materials and public places

Is your establishment considered an on-site consumption establishment or a public place?
Are you a government entity (school, health center, detention center, etc.)?

You could receive the necessary materials free of charge.

To submit a request for materials, please first register your institution on the QBCRA portal to obtain a portal number beginning with E. Once you have obtained your portal number, you can fill out the materials request form below.

Please note that terms and conditions apply, and Consignaction the right to accept or decline any request.

Please allow 5 working days for a response.
Once your request has been confirmed, delivery is estimated to take between 15 and 20 days.
