Cans in the right place at Baie de Beauport

Consignaction is pleased to announce its partnership with La Baie de Beauport Sun Life, a recreational tourism destination renowned for its large beach on the banks of the St. Lawrence River.

As a result, around 20 Consignaction recycling bins have now been installed at this popular site to collect cans and bottles consumed on site and prevent them from ending up in the trash or even in the river. The agreement also includes the development of a Consignaction entertainment area. As soon as they arrive at the site, vacationers are invited to participate in a giant beanbag toss game that combines high scores with desirable recycling behaviors, a simple and fun way to raise awareness about the importance of deposit-refund.

The partnership between Baie de Beauport and Consignaction was a natural fit, as both entities promote a sustainable development approach and share common environmental values.
