Respect for privacy and confidentiality is an important concern for the Quebec Beverage Container Recycling Association (QBCRA) (hereinafter " Consignaction ", " we ", " us " or " our "). For this reason, Consignaction implements effective control measures to protect the confidential nature of personal information in its custody.

  • Retention and security of personal information
    Retention – The personal information we hold about you is stored in an electronic file for the purpose of providing you with the services offered by Consignaction and complementary services.

However, due to the nature of the Internet and related technologies, risks associated with security and privacy cannot be eliminated and Consignaction cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be disclosed in a manner contrary to the provisions of this policy.

    We retain your personal information for as long as we have a legitimate need to do so.
