Full job description

Under the supervision of the Territory Supervisor, the Returns Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation and smooth running of drop-off point. The incumbent will assist citizens in the return process of refundable/returnable containers.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensuring service to citizens;
• Welcome users and external suppliers;
• Count returned containers using existing tools;
• Sort and stack materials;
• Keep the premises clean;
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system;
• Ensure the proper operation of equipment on site and take the necessary steps when required.
